After two more years with IBM, they transitioned to a role as BigFix (IEM) Security & Compliance Engineer for IBM Hybrid Cloud in March 2017. Latoya left IBM in June 2018 to join RStudio as a Technical Support Engineer.

Latoya Rutherford-Littlejohn holds a PhD from Capella University, an MS from the same institution, a Certification from American Business & Technology University, and an MS and BS from Norfolk State University.
