Joey Quevillon

Joey Quevillon is a physician with extensive experience in emergency medicine, anesthesiology, and expedition medicine. Currently serving as a physician at Alberta Health Services since July 2023, Joey also provides medical support for adventure and travel projects with Remote Trauma. Previous roles include emergency physician and clinical assistant professor at Eastern Health - Health Sciences Center, and anesthesiologist and emergency physician at Timmins and District Hospital. Joey completed a family practice anesthesia residency at Queen's University and has a background in family medicine residency at CHU de Québec-Université Laval. With a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Calgary, a Master's in Applied Sciences from the University of Victoria, and a Bachelor's in Software Engineering from Lakehead University, Joey combines a strong medical foundation with prior experience in software engineering and management.
