Teresa Donnelly

Teresa Donnelly is a skilled educational professional with extensive experience in instructional design and training across various industries. Currently serving as a Broker Assistant at RT Specialty and the Founder of Lightning Learning Services, Teresa has previously held significant roles, including Senior Mortgage Learning Design Partner at PenFed Credit Union, where Teresa developed a New Hire Curriculum for mortgage servicing teams using the ADDIE model.
