Bonnie Devito

Bonnie DeVito, CDR has over 30 years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and strategic recruiting across various industries. Bonnie currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition - US at RTB House, a global marketing technology company. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director, Global Talent Management at Cycling Sports Group and Director, Global Talent Acquisition at Shutterstock. Additionally, Bonnie has held leadership positions at Marina Maher Communications, MRM//McCann, and MetLife, where they streamlined recruiting processes, developed effective recruiting strategies, and led full life-cycle recruiting. Bonnie also has experience as a consultant and has worked in advertising agencies including OgilvyOne Worldwide and Young & Rubicam, where they developed strategic marketing plans and managed promotional activities for various clients.

Bonnie DeVito, CDR, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University at Albany, SUNY. Bonnie also pursued Judaic Studies at Universitat Haifa. Additionally, they completed their high school education at Dobbs Ferry High School. Bonnie has obtained several certifications, including being a Certified Diversity & Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS, an ADP company, and completing courses such as Leadership Coaching Strategies from Harvard Division of Continuing Education and Designing the Organization: From Strategy to Organizational Structure from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
