Przemysław Szymański

Przemysław Szymański, LL.M. has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Przemysław started their career at White & Case LLP in 2006 as an Associate and continued in this position until 2007. Przemysław then returned to White & Case LLP in 2008 as an Associate and worked there until 2011. In 2011, Przemysław started their own legal consulting firm called Przemysław Szymański Doradztwo Prawne, where they worked as a Legal Consultant until 2013. Przemysław then joined Loyd's Aviation Group as Group Legal Counsel from 2013 to 2014. After that, they worked as a Legal Advisor at GSW Legal from 2015 to 2017. Currently, Przemysław is employed at RTB House as a Legal Counsel, and they later advanced to the position of Head of Legal & Compliance in April 2019.

Przemysław Szymański, LL.M. has a diverse and extensive education history. Przemysław obtained a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Warsaw in 2006. Przemysław also holds a Diploma in English and European Union Law from the University of Cambridge, which they pursued from 2004 to 2006. In 2005 and 2006, they studied at Université de Poitiers, where they completed a Certificat d’introduction au droit français et européen. Moreover, they participated in the Erasmus-Socrates Scholarship Programme at Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2004. Later, in 2007 and 2008, they pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Commercial Law at The University of Edinburgh. Przemysław Szymański has also obtained several additional certifications, including being a Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT) and Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Przemysław is also an Approved Compliance Expert (ACE) from Instytut Compliance and a Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) from IAPP. Przemysław has been an ECPC-B Certified Data Protection Officer since 2019. Additionally, they are recognized as an attorney by the Okręgowa Izba Radców Prawnych w Warszawie (OIRP).
