Heather Weissfeld

Heather Weissfeld is currently working at RTC as an Account Services. Before that, Heather has experience working as Inside sales / Customer service at United Chemi-Con Inc. and as a Call Center Supervisor at Fieldwork, Inc. Heather graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. Heather's responsibilities include managing relationships with existing accounts, quoting prices and credit terms, coordinating billing and inventory, assisting account managers with communications, responding to customer inquiries, managing purchase orders, and entering invoices. Heather is also experienced with inventory systems AS400 and JDE, as well as SurveyGizmo, SurveyMonkey, Research Tracker, and Microsoft Office applications.
