Florine Labarre

Florine Labarre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Investment and Project Manager at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité since June 2013, Florine has been involved in significant offshore windpower connection projects and financial advisory for RTE's subsidiaries.
