Laurent DUBUS is a seasoned expert in weather and climate applications, currently serving as Senior Scientist and Lead Scientist at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité since December 2019. With extensive experience as the Founder and non-executive Director of the World Energy & Meteorology Council since January 2011, Laurent is actively engaged in the intersection of energy, weather, and climate.
