Juan Ballone

Juan Ballone has a diverse background in various roles within the IT industry. Juan is currently working as a Site Reliability Engineer at RTGS.global since June 2022. Previously, they worked at R3 from August 2019 to June 2022, where they started as a DevOps Engineer and later became a DevOps Technical Lead. Before that, they worked at WorkForce Software as a Cloud Services Engineer from January 2018 to August 2019. Juan'searliest work experience was at Produban, where they worked in multiple roles from August 2012 to January 2018, including Websphere Products Team Lead, Biztalk System Administrator, Websphere Administrator, and WebSphere Trainee.

Juan Ballone attended Biddenham Upper School from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued A-Levels in Spanish, Applied ICT, and Design & Technology: Product Design. Juan then enrolled at Nottingham Trent University from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Throughout their career, Juan has also obtained various certifications, including GitOps Foundations from LinkedIn in February 2022, IBM Certified System Administrator - WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment V8.5.5 and Liberty Profile from IBM in July 2015, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate (002) from HashiCorp in January 2023, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft in February 2023.
