The board of directors at rThreat has a history of experience with CISO positions at American Public Education, Inc. and Mednax, National Medical Group. The board also has experience as a CIO at SAMHSA and DCIO at Philidor Rx Services. In addition, the board has served as a security advisor to the Offices of the CEO and President at Cloud Security Alliance, and currently serves as an advisor at NightDragon and HyperQube. Members of the board also hold degrees in management of information technology, business and technology administration, communications, and English language and literature/letters from various universities.
