James Redden

James Redden is an experienced professional with a diverse background in innovation, education, and engineering. Currently serving as an Innovation Advisor at RTI Innovation Advisors since August 2014, James provides strategic support to governments, corporations, and foundations to enhance their innovation initiatives. Prior to this role, James contributed as an Americorps Volunteer Science Teacher at Cristo Rey Brooklyn High School, where the focus was on providing educational opportunities for low-income minority students. James also worked as a Reservoir Engineer at ExxonMobil, where responsibilities included reservoir simulation modeling for significant development projects in Alaska. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, earned from 2006 to 2010.
