Lukas Karthaus

Lukas Karthaus has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as an intern in Continental's Business Controlling department. In 2015, they interned at Deutscher Sparkassen- u. Giroverband, focusing on Economics and Financial Markets. The following year, in 2016, Lukas interned at Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA in the Corporate Controlling and Strategy division. Lukas then moved on to BMG RIGHTS MANAGEMENT (UK) LIMITED in 2017, where they served as an intern in Group Operations Strategy. Later in the same year, Lukas worked as a student assistant in Finance & Operations at BMG - The New Music Company. In 2018, they rejoined Bertelsmann SE & Co. KGaA, initially as an Associate in Corporate Controlling and Strategy before being promoted to a Senior Associate in Corporate Controlling and Strategy in 2020. Lukas also took on a role in Bertelsmann Exchange - Controlling & Investments within the RTL Group. Finally, starting in 2021, Lukas joined RTL Group as Vice President of Management Reporting, showcasing their career progression and increasing responsibilities within the media conglomerate.

Lukas Karthaus has a strong education background in economics and business administration. In 2012, they began their academic journey at the University of Münster, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Volkswirtschaftslehre (Economics). Lukas graduated from this program in 2015.
