Sebastian Hopstein

Sebastian Hopstein currently serves as Director HRIS Projects at RTL Group since March 2021, with prior experience as HRIS Project Manager. At GLORY from November 2018 to February 2021, Sebastian took on the role of Senior Human Resources Generalist, focusing on employee relations in Germany, recruitment, talent development, and collaboration with the German works council. Notably, during a 13-year tenure at Waters Corporation, Sebastian progressed through roles including Manager HRIS & Analytics for Asia Pacific, providing leadership on HR system projects and analytics implementation, and as Human Resources Generalist for Germany and Switzerland, overseeing employee relations and operational excellence projects. Sebastian holds a degree in Human Resource Management from AKAD and a qualification as Kaufmann für audiovisuelle Medien from IHK Köln.
