About the Role

RTM is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our People’s department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR and Benefits strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. They will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding new hires, benefits, off-boarding employees, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. They will consult with our executive team and serve as a link between RTM’s management and employees.

This is a full-time position based at our New York City office. The HR Manager will report directly to the VP of Operations, and will collaborate closely with department managers and executives.
