Katie Mancebo

Katie Mancebo, PHR, currently serves as a People Operations Business Partner at RTO National since February 2020, previously holding the position of Human Resources Administrator. Prior to this role, Katie Mancebo gained extensive experience in coaching as Head Tennis Coach at Converse College from August 2013 to February 2020 and held coaching positions at Spartanburg Athletic Club, Wofford College, and Covenant College. Additionally, Katie Mancebo was the Owner/Manager at Smoothie King Franchises Inc. from April 2003 to January 2007. Educationally, Katie Mancebo holds a Master’s of Liberal Arts in History from Converse University and two degrees from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, including a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and a degree in Human Resource Management.
