Alfiya Negahban

Alfiya Negahban is a Business Development Manager at RTS Financial since February 2021, having previously served as an International Account Representative where contributions included consulting with high-value clients and achieving top performance metrics within the department. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Human Resources at Al Hamra Group from August 2011 to August 2012, overseeing HR functions and enhancing employee performance through effective performance management systems.
