Suganya Rajendran

Suganya Rajendran is a skilled professional with a diverse background in human resources and management. Currently serving as a People Experience Facilitator at Ruah Community Services since February 2024, Suganya previously worked as a Service Administrator at Nido Early School from March 2023 to February 2024. Suganya's extensive experience at Tata Consultancy Services encompasses roles as an HR Generalist, where Suganya managed the employee life cycle for a unit of 900 employees, and as Lead of the Resource Management Group, focusing on workforce planning and staffing solutions. Earlier internships in recruitment provided foundational skills in candidate sourcing and interview coordination. Suganya holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on HR and Marketing from SSN School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Sathyabama University.
