Siti Rosmalia is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing People Services and HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the People Services Manager at Ruangguru since November 2021, Siti oversees the effectiveness of the People Services team and drives service quality and strategic initiatives. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Pluang, where Siti managed HR activities across multiple countries, and a People Business Partner at Grab, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business goals within the Tech division. Siti’s earlier experience spans various HR roles, including Talent Acquisition, recruitment, training, and employee engagement, supported by a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Islam Negeri Jakarta.
