Jigna Panchal

Jigna Panchal has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and corporate social responsibility. Jigna started their career as a CSR Intern at Schaeffler in 2021. Later in the same year, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at SHANKAR PACKAGINGS LIMITED. In 2022, Jigna joined Rubamin Pvt. Limited as a Human Resources Intern and then moved on to Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited as an Assistant Manager in the Human Resources department. Currently, they are serving as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Rubamin Pvt. Limited since 2023.

Jigna Panchal completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 2017 to 2020. Following that, they pursued a Masters in Human Resource Management (MHRM) from the same university, specializing in Human Resources Management, between 2020 and 2022.
