Uni Bryant has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Currently, they serve as the Director of Customer Success at Rubber Tree Systems, where they deliver software solutions and serve as a Scrum Master. They also work as an Implementation Manager, installing and training customers on software platforms. Prior to this, Uni worked as a Customer Success Manager at the same company.

They began their career as an Admissions & Financial Aid Systems Specialist at The University of Findlay, where they managed ERP systems for admissions and financial aid processes.

Uni Bryant obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from The University of Findlay from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2010, Uni Bryant obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university. In addition to their degrees, Uni Bryant has also obtained additional certifications, including the CompTIA Project+ Certification from CompTIA and the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) from the Project Management Institute in 2022.
