Trevor Boram

Trevor Boram, Ph.D., currently serves as a Senior Scientist at Rubi Laboratories, where key contributions include the characterization of a 13 enzyme biocatalytic cascade for cellulose production from CO2 and the establishment of a protein production infrastructure. Previous roles at Rubi Laboratories include Scientist II, focusing on improving membrane protein expression and leading investigations into inhibitor effects on biocatalysts, and Scientist I, where Trevor researched enzymatic pathways for cellulose generation. Before joining Rubi Laboratories, Trevor was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Purdue University, specializing in the mechanistic characterization of ketosynthase enzymes.
