Scott Mancuso

Scott Mancuso is currently serving as the Chief Medical Officer at Honest Medical Group and as the Medical Operating Partner at Rubicon Founders. Prior to these roles, Scott was the Chief Clinical Officer - West at Landmark Health and the Chief Medical Officer of CareMore Inside Division at CareMore Health Plan/Anthem Inc. Scott played a key role in the design and implementation of medical models in the Western U.S. and led the transformation from volume-based fee-for-service care delivery to value-based models in collaboration with health system partners. Scott holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Albany Medical College, a Master’s Degree in Neurobiology and Neurosciences from Boston University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Biology and English from Loyola Marymount University.
