In 2017, they worked as a Technology Solutions Network Engineer and a Technology Solutions Support at the Jacob K. Javits Center. In 2018, they worked as a Help Desk Specialist at 2U. Finally, in 2021, they are currently working as an IT Manager at RubiconMD, where they are responsible for oversight of all IT-related concerns, acting as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance, endpoint deployment and endpoint management, software and hardware management, compliance and troubleshooting, administering network and user accounts, and answering questions and providing guidance when necessary.

Taiheem Wentt attended Borough of Manhattan Community College from 2014 to 2016, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Multimedia Programming and Design. Taiheem then attended Per Scholas from 2016 to 2017, where they earned an A+ N+ in Information Technology. Taiheem also holds certifications from CompTIA, including CompTIA A+ ce and CompTIA Network+ ce, both obtained in 2017, and CompTIA IT Operations Specialist obtained in 2017. Additionally, they hold a Certificate of Completion from Asana obtained in 2022 and Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences from LinkedIn obtained in 2021.
