Jed Rubin

Jed Rubin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and management, currently serving as the Principal and Research Director at Rubin Worldwide since October 2007. Rubin has also contributed to academia as an Associate Professor in Innovation Management at IE Business School from March 2008 to 2019. Prior to these roles, Rubin held key positions at Gartner and META Group, focusing on benchmark research coordination and service management. Rubin's earlier experience includes serving as Service Director at Metricnet, where responsibility encompassed the development and annual publication of the Worldwide IT Benchmark Report. Rubin holds an MBA in International Business from IE Business School and a dual degree in Psychology and Spanish from Oberlin College.
