Erik Moon

Erik Moon currently serves as the Director of North America Channel Sales Engineering at Rubrik, where the focus is on developing the Rubrik channel ecosystem. Prior to this role, Erik worked at LaunchDarkly as a Senior Channel SE, managing a team of Solution Engineers for Enterprise accounts in the western United States. Erik's experience also includes a significant tenure at Nutanix as Sr. Manager of Customer Success Engineering, overseeing teams covering various market segments and leading initiatives to enhance customer success and solutions adoption. Additionally, Erik has held leadership roles at Clutch Solutions, Avisolve, and Logicalis, contributing to technology practices and pre-sales consulting. Early career experiences include positions at Insight and Walgreens, establishing a strong foundation in IT sales and support. Erik holds a B.A. in Social Work from Michigan State University and a CCNP certification from Cisco Network Academy.
