Jean Vinet

Jean Vinet is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in bar and hotel operations management. Currently serving as Hotel Operations Manager for Ruby Stella Hotel and previously for Ruby Zoe Hotel and Ruby Lucy Hotel since April 2023, Jean has also held notable positions at The Birley Clubs and various establishments within the San Carlo Restaurant Group and The Alchemist, specializing in the launch and management of new venues. Earlier roles include bartending and bar management positions at W Hotels, Caramel Group, Dishoom, and Be At One Cocktail Bars. Jean holds a Baccalauréat in Architecture from Lycée Eugène Livet and a Master’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the European Bartender School.
