Erika Ritzer

Erika Ritzer is the Director of Business Development at RubyLaw, a leader in Content Lifecycle Management for law firms. Prior to their current role, Erika worked as a Senior Partner at Finn Partners, where Erika specialized in relationship and brand management for healthcare companies, professional service firms, and associations. With a background as Principal/Director at Greenfield/Belser Ltd, Erika played a key role in growing the firm into a leading professional services firm in the country. Erika holds a B.S. in Marketing and Graphic Design from the University of Maryland.
