Michael Laude has held several roles in customer success and account management throughout their career. Michael'smost recent position is Director of Cloud Customer Success at RUCKUS Networks, where they are responsible for managing the customer journey from onboarding to retention. Michael has built post-sale digital engagement campaigns and implemented standardized performance metrics. Prior to RUCKUS, Michael worked at Mitel as a Manager of Customer Success, overseeing a $4M quarterly division and achieving high revenue retention statistics. Michael also has extensive experience at SoftLayer, an IBM Company, where they served as a Customer Success Program Senior Leader, Client Engagement Leader, and Manager of Customer Success and Inside Sales. During their time at SoftLayer, they developed client relationships, resolved critical situations, and drove revenue growth. Before that, they held roles at Verio, The Planet, and Cbeyond, where they gained experience in sales and account management.
Michael Laude completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2004. Michael also obtained a certification in Developing Executive Presence from LinkedIn in March 2022.
