Jason Barrett

Jason Barrett has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and consulting industry. Jason currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Success at Ruddr since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at My RIA Lawyer from February 2022 to June 2022.

Before joining Ruddr and My RIA Lawyer, Jason had a long tenure at Perficient. From January 2015 to June 2021, they held the position of General Manager, where they had profit and loss responsibility for a national business unit and oversaw the strategic direction and operations of the consulting business. Jason led a team of principals, directors, solution architects, and technical consultants, providing cloud consulting services across technology products and platforms.

Jason also worked as a Client Director at Perficient from July 2012 to December 2014, where they provided senior leadership and strategic direction for engagements with strategic clients. Jason offered technology, business strategy, and user experience consulting to shape and deliver technology solutions, focusing on user adoption, operational productivity, and measurable business value.

Before joining Perficient, Jason served as a Practice Director at Northridge from August 2011 to July 2012. In this role, they provided senior leadership and strategic direction for engagements with strategic clients, delivering technology solutions to meet business critical needs.

Jason's journey in the technology industry began at Northridge Systems, where they worked from 2006 to 2011. Jason started as a Senior Software Engineer (February 2006 to May 2007) and later became a Software Architect (May 2007 to December 2008) before being promoted to the role of Software Consulting Service Director (December 2008 to August 2011).

Prior to Northridge Systems, Jason worked as a Senior Systems Analyst at Soltech, Inc. from May 1999 to July 2005 and as a Software Engineer at Computer Sciences Corporation from February 1998 to May 1999.
