Dustin Matteson

Dustin Matteson is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Life Sciences Project Executive at Rudolph and Sletten since January 2024. Prior to this role, Matteson held various leadership positions at CRB from February 2020 to January 2024, including Senior Director and Project Director, overseeing operations in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Matteson’s career began at Rudolph and Sletten from 2001 to 2020, where responsibilities included managing complex projects, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely project completion within budget. Matteson’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University and an Associate of Arts from Laney College. Early work experience includes a position as a cashier at Costco Wholesale from 1997 to 2000.
