Shekhar Gaur

Shekhar Gaur has a solid work experience in the business development field. Shekhar currently holds the position of Head - BD & Tendering at Rudrabhishek Enterprises Ltd. (REPL) since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at SMEC from September 2019 to October 2021. Shekhar also served as a Business Development Manager at Feedback INFRA from April 2018 to September 2019. Earlier in their career, Shekhar held the position of Senior Business Development Manager at Voyants Solutions Private Limited from April 2017 to December 2017. Shekhar gained valuable experience as a Business Development Consultant at CRISIL Limited from February 2011 to April 2017. Shekhar started their career as the Manager - Business Development at Theme Engineering Services Private Limited, where they worked from January 2005 to December 2010.

Shekhar Gaur completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Rajasthan, which they pursued from 2001 to 2004. After a gap, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from Maharshi Dayanand University. This degree was pursued from 2010 to 2014. In the same timeframe, they also pursued two diploma programs from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Shekhar completed a Diploma in Management focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services in 2011. Additionally, they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management during the same year with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services. Presently, Shekhar is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indira Gandhi National Open University. This program began in 2020 and is expected to be completed by 2022.
