Jeff Starks

Jeff Starks holds a diverse background with extensive experience in security, operations, and cosmetology. Currently a Barber at Rudy's Barbershop since January 2019, Starks previously served as a Security Officer at Virginia Mason Medical Center and as Operations Manager at Edgewood Baptist Church. Additional experience includes working as a Correctional Officer for the Washington State Department of Corrections and providing stage security at Mars Hill Church. Starks also has a military background as an Aircrew Survival Equipmentman in the United States Navy, where responsibilities included packing parachutes and supervising a team. Early career roles include working as a Janitor for Lakeport Unified School District. Starks holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice from ITT Technical Institute and a cosmetology degree from Gene Juarez Academy of Beauty.
