Kadee Mardula

Kadee Mardula is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as a Product Engineer and Global Sourcing Manager at Ruffwear since March 2021, Kadee previously held multiple roles at Oregon Adaptive Sports, including Operations Director, where responsibilities encompassed the supervision of program staff and volunteers to ensure efficient operations. Additional experience includes positions as Program Coordinator, Assistant Program Coordinator, and Adaptive Instructor at Oregon Adaptive Sports, as well as an Engineering Associate role at Hayes + Associates focusing on biomechanical injury analysis.
