Declan Oorloff

Declan Oorloff is an experienced professional in performance analysis within the rugby industry, currently serving as the Director of Performance Analysis at Rugby Football Club Los Angeles since January 2024. Prior to this, Oorloff held the role of Performance Analyst with Tonga Rugby Union, contributing to the Rugby World Cups in 2019 and 2023, and served as the Director of Performance Analysis at Rugby ATL. Additional experience includes positions as Head Performance Analyst with Toyota Verblitz and Western Force, as well as Principal, Multimedia Producer & Analyst at Peak Video Productions, where Oorloff produced sports videos and provided technical support. Oorloff's background also includes roles at Randwick District Rugby Union and Sydney University Football Club, along with a stint as a Statistician for FOX SPORTS Australia. Education includes the HSC from St Josephs College, Hunters Hill, and primary education from St James Primary School Glebe.
