Marty Veale is the current head coach at Rugby United NY. Marty has also previously coached for Rugby New York, the Blue Bulls Company, and USA Rugby.

Marty's coaching career began in 2015 as the coach of the men's varsity rugby program at the United States Military Academy at West Point. In 2016, they became the set piece and breakdown coach for USA Rugby. Under their leadership, the team won the 2017 Americas Rugby Championship and qualified for the 2019 Rugby World Cup. In 2018, Marty became the defensive coach for Northland Rugby Union.

In 2019, Marty became the head coach at Rugby New York. The team won the MLR Championship in 2022 under their leadership.

Marty Veale has a diploma in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from the Southern Institute of Technology, as well as certification from Team USA Safe Sport in Sports Safe Training, World Rugby in World Rugby Level 3 Coaching Cert, Sports Safety International in Concussion Wise PRO for Coaches, 1st4sport Qualifications in Level 2 Certificate on Coaching Rugby Union, and Southern Institute of Technology in Automovtive Engineering Technology Technician. Marty is also a Licensed Coach Educator with World Rugby.
