Therese Germain

Therese Germain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Product at Ruggable since March 2020, Therese has held various roles including Director of Core Product and Manager of Product Launches and R&D Engineering. Prior to Ruggable, Therese worked as a Product Development Manager at Ladder from July 2018 to March 2020 and founded The Compass, a dating consultancy, in early 2018. Additionally, Therese was a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from September 2015 to January 2018. Therese graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Chinese Language and Culture.
