Robin Williams

Robin Williams, M.Ed has a diverse work experience in human resources. Starting in 2007, Robin worked at Kroger, where they held various roles such as HRIS Data Analyst, Human Resources Business Analyst, Asst Human Resources Manager, and Senior Human Resources Manager. During this time, Robin conducted employee investigations, oversaw escalated employee issues, recruited candidates, and led change management initiatives. From 2017 to 2020, Robin worked at Jostens as a Senior Human Resources Operations Manager, focusing on delivering best-in-class HR solutions and collaborating with leaders to ensure proper execution of HR processes. In 2021, Robin joined Fanatics, Inc. as a Manager Human Resources, managing projects related to people operations and telephony. Currently, Robin is the Director of People & Culture at Rugs Direct + Lightopia, collaborating remotely across the United States and implementing HRIS systems, payroll policies, and benefit offerings. Robin is known for their game-changer, culture-shifter, and cultivator of the human spirit approach to work.

Robin Williams, M.Ed obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Xavier University - Williams College of Business. Additionally, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, Robin Williams obtained a Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate in 2020 and two Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificates in 2021, all from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
