Prof. Dr.-Ing. Manfred Renner

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Manfred Renner is an accomplished academic and industry professional with extensive experience in process engineering and business development. Serving as the Institutsleiter and Division Director at Fraunhofer UMSICHT since May 2006, Manfred Renner has held various leadership roles including Business Development Manager and Abteilungsleiter. Since May 2016, Manfred Renner has also been a Universitätsprofessor at Ruhr-Universität Bochum, leading the Lehrstuhl for Responsible Process Engineering and teaching Business Development. Manfred Renner earned a Dr.-Ing. degree in Maschinenbau Energie- und Verfahrenstechnik from Ruhr University Bochum between 1999 and 2006.
