Thomas Feldhoff

Thomas Feldhoff is a seasoned academic with extensive experience in geography and human geography. Currently serving as a Professor at Ruhr-Universität Bochum since April 2016, Thomas has previously held professorial roles at Saitama University and managed the Interdisciplinary Centre for East Asian Studies at Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universität Frankfurt am Main. Additional roles include Senior Research Fellow at the University of the Highlands and Islands and an Acting Full Professor at the University of Duisburg-Essen. Thomas holds multiple degrees in Human Geography from Goethe University Frankfurt and the University of Duisburg-Essen, including a habilitation and a promotion.
