Laura Jo Murphy

Laura Jo Murphy has diverse experience spanning several industries. Currently an Associate at Ruler Foods since April 2022, Laura has also been a Deli Associate at Kroger since April 2018. Prior to these roles, Laura worked as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Spring Hill Academy Preschool from April 2017 to April 2018, contributing to a Christian-based educational environment. Laura's earlier experience includes part-time work as a Bank Teller at Community 1st Bank and Trust from August 2013 to March 2016, and significant positions as a Research Assistant at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital from 1990 to 1992 and Vanderbilt University Medical Center from 1988 to 1990, focused on virology and pharmacology, respectively. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lipscomb University, having attended Harding University from 1985 to 1987.
