Dinni Rahmawati

Dinni Rahmawati has a diverse work experience in various organizations and roles. Dinni started their career in 2018 as a Marketing Content Specialist at Hardfun Education. Dinni then worked as a Freelance Facilitator at Rencanamu in 2019, where they conducted training sessions. In the same year, they also worked as an Innovation Management Officer at Telkom Indonesia. From 2016 to 2020, Dinni held multiple roles at U-Shape, including Vice President, Facilitator, and Co Facilitator. In 2019, they worked as a Learning Facilitator at Tanoto Foundation. Dinni then joined Peopleshift in 2020 as a Human Capital Officer and later as a People Development Consultant. At Peopleshift, Dinni developed and facilitated various training programs and initiatives. In 2020, they also worked as an Advisor at Laskar Negeri.id and played a key role in their education quality improvement program. In 2021, Dinni joined Rumah Siap Kerja and held positions as the Head of Learning Department and Learning and Development Lead. Dinni successfully transformed their operating model, strengthened learning strategies, and achieved high user satisfaction. In 2022, they became a Mentor at Pemimpin.id. In the future, Dinni will be an Awardee at Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan, starting in 2023.

Dinni Rahmawati attended the University of Indonesia from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Psychology. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they completed their senior high school education at SMAN 3 TANGERANG SELATAN. Before attending senior high school, they studied at SMPN 19 JAKARTA from 2010 to 2012. In addition to their formal education, Dinni has obtained certifications in various areas such as leadership change management, coaching and developing employees, talent management, and strategic thinking, among others.
