General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Rumble

Michael E. has a diverse work experience in the legal and intelligence fields. Michael currently serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Rumble, a role they started in November 2021. Prior to this, they were a Visiting Fellow for Law and Technology at The Heritage Foundation starting from May 2021. From 2007 until June 2022, Michael served as a Lieutenant Commander in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Additionally, they worked as the General Counsel at the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence from September 2013 to February 2017. Michael also held roles at the National Security Council, The White House, The White House, National Security Agency, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.

Michael E. obtained their J.D. degree from Yale Law School between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended Dartmouth College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned their AB degree in History.
