Wayne Kulick has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles.

Starting in 2009, Wayne worked at American Express as a Release Management Program Manager, where they were responsible for implementing ITIL v3 Release & Deployment Management processes. Wayne also managed customer engagements related to strategy, modeling, and simulation development.

In 2012, Wayne joined SunGard Availability Services as a Program Manager for Managed Recovery Services. Wayne led performance improvement projects and analyses for Data Center operations and oversaw backup and recovery testing.

From 2013 to 2015, Wayne worked at Phacil, Inc as an Operations Program Manager. Wayne managed a large IT contract with the Department of Homeland Security, improving customer service metrics and achieving a fast Average Speed of Answer (ASA).

At CVS Health, Wayne served as a Service Delivery Manager from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Wayne held two roles concurrently. Wayne was the Director of SaaS Infrastructure & Operations at WorkForce Software, where they led a global team and supervised Agile methodologies. At CDI Professional Services, Wayne was a Global Program Manager for Ford Motor Company, responsible for software development and implementing Agile methodologies.

From 2017 to 2019, Wayne worked at Capsilon as the Director of SaaS Application Delivery. Wayne led a global team, monitored application environments, and conducted data analytics for enterprise and customer performance.

At ZF Group, Wayne served as a Senior Program Manager from 2019 to 2020. Wayne conducted company audits and developed a plan for a failing subsidiary, resulting in successful financial and operational improvements.

Most recently, Wayne joined Adastra North America in 2020 as a Data Analytics Service Manager. Wayne managed a team of developers and consultants, designing and implementing Data warehouse solutions.

In 2021, Wayne started working at Rumble as a Project Manager.

Wayne Kulick has a diverse educational background. Wayne obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Analytics with a specialization in Cybersecurity from the American University - Kogod School of Business, which they pursued from 2018 to 2020. Prior to this, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Executive MBA from Arizona State University, completing their studies between 2010 and 2012.

Wayne also holds a Master's degree in Astronautical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, which they acquired from 2002 to 2004. Furthermore, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Florida between 1993 and 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, from 1991 to 1993.

Apart from their formal education, Wayne has earned several certifications, which suggest their commitment to ongoing professional development. Wayne completed the "DAT208x: Introduction to Python for Data Science" course offered by Microsoft in April 2020. In September 2011, they obtained the ITIL Foundations (v3) certification from EXIN. Wayne also holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Villanova University, which they obtained in December 2008. Moreover, in July 2006, they acquired the ITIL Practitioner - Release and Control certification and the ITIL Foundations (v2) certification, both from EXIN. Wayne has also completed a Program Management (Level 2) course offered by the Defense Acquisition University in January 2006. In addition, Wayne holds a Commercial Multi-engine Instrument Airplane License from the Federal Aviation Administration, which they obtained in May 1997. Furthermore, in September 2013, they obtained a T1 Public Trust certification from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Wayne also acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in September 2007. Finally, they hold a Qualified Armed Posse certification from the Maricopa County Sheriff Office, which they earned in May 2013.
