Craig Phillipps

Craig Phillipps has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Craig has worked at CommerceIQ as a Customer Success Manager from November 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, they were with Netrush, where they held various positions including Sr. Program Manager | Brand Protection, Program Manager | Brand Protection, and E-Commerce Brand Analyst from 2016 to 2021. At Netrush, they were instrumental in building and maintaining a Brand Protection Program and worked closely with brand partners to optimize their Amazon sales and presence. Before Netrush, Craig worked at Acumed as a Loaner Specialist and US Business Services Specialist from 2013 to 2016. Craig also gained experience as a Packaging Specialist at WSU Creamery in 2011 and as Temp. Help/ Flagger at Lewis County Public Works in 2009.

Craig Phillipps completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Washington State University, attending from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in General Studies from Lower Columbia College, where they studied from 2006 to 2008. In addition, they obtained a certification in Amazon Retail for Advertisers from Amazon in November 2022.
