Alumni Director at Run for Something

Ben Theodore has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ben most recently worked at Run for Something as the Alumni Director, overseeing alumni and candidate programs. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager of Alumni and Candidate Programs at the same organization. Ben also served as the Alumni Manager at Run for Something from 2018 to 2020.

Before joining Run for Something, Ben worked at the NYC Department of Education as the Senior Program Manager of Teacher Recognition and New Teacher Support. Ben was responsible for managing various programs, including the Big Apple Awards and the Teachers of Tomorrow incentive program.

In addition to their degrees, Ben also obtained a Standard Professional I Educator Certificate from the State of Maryland in July 2013.
