Julie Pereyra

Julie Pereyra has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Julie is currently serving as the General Counsel at Run Studios since December 2021. Prior to this, Julie owned their own law firm, J. Hawkins Pereyra, PLLC, from October 2012 to December 2021.

Julie also has experience in the creative industry, having worked as the General Counsel / Human Resources Director at Digital Kitchen from December 2008 to October 2010. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Writer at Metia from August 2007 to December 2008.

Julie has also held the position of General Counsel at Digital Kitchen from September 2003 to October 2005. Julie briefly worked as the Senior Corporate Counsel at Wizards of the Coast from April 2002 to August 2002, during which time they were accepted into an LL. M. program.

Julie's earlier experience includes serving as the Assistant General Counsel at 360networks, where they directed all U.S. regulatory operations for the international fiber optic company from 1999 to 2001. Julie began their legal career as an Associate at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP from June 1997 to July 1999.

Julie Pereyra completed their J.D. in Law from Seattle University School of Law, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Julie later pursued an LL.M. degree in European Business Law from the University de Droit, d’Economie et des Sciences d'Aix-Marseille III, from 2002 to 2003.
