Noa Neria has worked in various roles since 1984. Noa began their career as a Teaching Fellow at Tel Aviv University in 1990, followed by Military Service in the Israel Air Force from 1984-1990. In 1997, they worked as an Algorithm Developer at Schema Ltd, where they developed optimization methods for NP complete problems based on genetic algorithms. From 2000-2009, Neria worked at SigValue Ltd (acquired by Amdocs) as a Senior Software Engineer and Project Manager, where they developed a real time billing engine for wireless telecom operators. In 2008, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at PeerApp Ltd, and in 2009, they joined Exanet (acquired by Dell) as a Senior Software Engineer, developing the server side of clustered network attached storage (NAS) file system. From 2010-2016, Neria worked at Dell as an Engineering Team Leader and Architect, and a Senior Software Engineer. During this time, they were responsible for the development of the backend infrastructure which supported the entire administration of the product in a cluster environment. From 2016-2017, Neria worked at Dell EMC as a Senior Principal Software Engineer - Core Filesystem, where they developed a prominent feature in FluidFS core distributed file system for supporting WORM technology. Noa is currently a Senior Software Engineer at Run:AI since 2019.
Noa Neria began their educational journey in 1987, when they earned a B.Sc Magna Cum Laude in Chemistry from Tel Aviv University. Noa then continued their studies at the same university, earning a B.Sc in Computer Science in 1997. Finally, they completed their education at Tel Aviv University in 1997, graduating with a Ph.D Summa Cum Laude in Computational Chemical Physics.
