Omri Rabin Keinan has over 18 years of work experience in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields. Omri Rabin began their career in 2003 as a Technical Recruiter at ManpowerGroup. In 2005, they moved to American Express to become a Customer Success Manager. In 2008, they joined Yedioth Aharonot as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In 2011, they became Global Sales Manager at anyoption, where they were responsible for recruitment, conversion, and retention. In 2015, they moved to Online Technologies as HR Manager and Recruiter, managing HR processes and recruitment. In 2018, they joined Insight Global as Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for E2E staff recruitment management, partnering with hiring managers, building a talent pipeline, and engaging in creative talent mapping efforts. In 2021, they moved to K Health as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Currently, they are a Talent Sourcer & Global Recruiter at Run:ai.

Omri Rabin Keinan received their Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences and Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2008. Omri Rabin then obtained an MBA from Peres Academic Center in June 2010. Omri Rabin is currently enrolled in a Master NLP program at Result academy trainers and is expected to complete the program in 2021.
