Tal Fachler

Tal Fachler has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 with a role as a Marketing Coordinator and Independent Tour Guide at City of David. In 2014, Fachler became an Elementary Teacher and Manager of the Long School Day Program at Yigal Alon School. In 2015, Fachler was the Summer Camps Director at the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel. In 2017, Fachler was International Agency Manager at (Direct Insurance) ביטוח ישראל. From 2018 to 2020, Fachler worked as a Recruiter and Employee Experience Manager at ClickSoftware, a Learning and Development Lead at Salesforce, and an Office and Welfare Lead at Pagaya. Fachler is currently an Employee Experience and Office Operations Manager at Run:ai and a Welfare Lead at Paragon.

Tal Fachler completed a B.A in Tal'story from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2010 and 2015. Tal then completed Teaching Studies from Bar-Ilan University between 2014 and 2016, with a focus on Elementary Education and Teaching.
