Olianna Dean has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Olianna began their career as a Customer Service Manager at Physicians & Dentists Credit Bureau, Inc. in 2001. In 2010, they moved to Teleperformance as an Application System Analyst. In 2012, they joined Columbia Ultimate as a Customer Support Analyst, where they researched questions and provided solutions to clients. In 2016, they became an Operations Manager and Supervisor at ACT Holdings, Inc. and currently holds the role of Operations Manager at RunBuggy since 2022.

Olianna Dean is currently enrolled in the University of Phoenix, where they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In addition, they obtained an Executive Leadership certification from Seattle University in July 2007.
